Key Accountabilities:

Ensure up to date and accurate bookkeeping of all assigned fund and SPV structures.
Preparation of bank reconciliations for a portfolio of clients, including analysis of cash payments and receipts.
With supervision of a senior member of the team, process initial set-up of an entity, investor and other data cards as required in the accounting system.
Working under supervision of a senior member of the team, prepare financial statements, specialised investor and other reporting requirements of the Fund/SPV within client/regulatory timescales.
Preparation of fee calculations (such as management and performance fees) in accordance with underlying fund/SPV documentation.
Working with Transfer Agency colleagues to ensure accuracy of information in capital calls, distributions made by relevant funds.
Liaise with external auditors during the audit cycle of the Fund/SPV structure ensuring all information is provided in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide proactive query management and resolution for items raised by colleagues, clients, their advisors and auditors.
Provision of exceptional service levels and client experience for clients and related parties throughout the whole life-cycle.
Adherence to all company workflows, policies and procedures.

Understanding of the requirements of quality client service.
Excellent numeracy and computer literacy skills are essential.
1-2 years experience in the financial services industry an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, together with attention to detail, are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.
Interest in pursuing a career in accounting with a view to taking professional ACCA exams, part qualified an advantage.
