Lisa Grant

Lisa is an Associate Director in the Corporate Services team at HIGHVERN. She manages day-to-day operations for corporate clients, maintains client relationships, and works closely with the Group Head of Institutional Services and rest of the group to enhance the corporate offering and capabilities, meeting clients’ global needs.

With over 20 years of experience, Lisa has adeptly managed the complexities of trust and company administration across various jurisdictions, including London, Switzerland, and Singapore. In her previous role, she led a team managing diverse structures such as securitisation SPVs, trusts, CLOs, real estate, and investments, as well as overseeing the creation and corporate administration of commercial shipping structures.
